Paul is an Arizona native. He was born and raised in the White Mountain region of Arizona and thus is extremely familiar with its geography. Some of Paul's prior occupations include extensive sales and management experience. He has worked for one of the largest security companies in the nation and worked as a sales manager traveling the US. He gained substantial leadership experience as he managed several offices and reps for said company. Eventually Paul made the decision to get into the real estate industry and start Clear Property Management from the ground up and made it his passion. In his down time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and being in the great outdoors.

Jefferson was born here in Mesa Arizona. He spent some of his childhood growing up in California and Las Vegas before eventually making the move back to Mesa. He attended Mountain View High School and later graduated from WP Carey at ASU with a bachelor's in Business Administration. He has worked for a number of different financial institutions giving him a background in banking and credit analysis. He eventually made the decision to obtain his real estate license and pursue success in property management/real estate. In his off time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing a variety of sports and activities. He is honest and patient and enjoys building strong relationships with people.
